Re-packaging

Re-packaging

Cocoa powder is a difficult product to process. On some points Cocoa powder, how strange it may sound, in its behavior looks like water. It is very fluid and escapes from all points in the production line where there is a leak and than contaminates the surroundings. Over the years we have collected a lot of experience in the re-packaging of Cocoa powder. And we are proud to say we handle it well. Some customers even let us fill their complete white (!!) bags on our production lines.

At Loos Cacao B.V. it is accustomed that the re-packaging of the Cocoa powder is fully controlled, or in other words in the production lines there are several sieves, magnets, and metal detection systems integrated. Several production lines also have a check weigher which checks whether the correct amount of product is being filled. This is important because every type of Cocoa powder has its own density.

It makes no difference whether the powder is delivered to us in FIBC’s or in bags of 25 kg and if you want it to be re-packed in FIBC’s or in valve bags of 25 kg (folding spout or ultrasonic closing), 50 lbs (folding spout or ultrasonic closing), 8 kg, small open top bags from 1 tot 5 kg or transwrap packaging (250 gr. – 2 kg). Every desired combination is possible and of course with any text on a label or a print to the customer whishes.

Of course we can palletize in different forms and pallet sizes and eventually store and load at any desired moment
